SKILLS TRAINING for LINE EMPLOYEES

The Employee Training modules consist of fifteen (15) complete Training Guides for Managers to implement in their departments. The guides provide a step by step breakdown of each position and the user will be able to customize the contents with logos, property name, and the content of the Training Manual.

All of our training programs begin with the "Train the Trainer" workshop module. This module walks the trainer through the stages and components of the Program:

A. Introduction & Overview
Explains what the Training System is and how you can use it at your Hotel or Restaurant.

B. Prepare to Train
Helps Managers analyze new and current employee training needs.

C. Present & Practice
Managers present the training information and allow employees to practice what they learn.

D. Follow Up
Provides Training Follow Up Guidelines, including a 'Job Essentials' Form, the 'Monthly Training Summary'and the 'Employee Training Record.'

E. Employee Training Manual
The Employee Training Manual's Job Skills Section includes:

• A Task List which catalogs all duties an employee must perform in a given position.

• The Job Breakdown then details the task step by step, start to finish. Each job Breakdown provides:

a. A list of equipment and supplies needed to perform the task
b. Steps, how-to's, and tips explaining the methods of performing the task
c. Sections that you customize specific to your hotel
